By contacting us, purchasing our services, approving a project, or continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The exact services provided will depend on the requirements and scope agreed upon between Tech Vorya and the client.
Before starting a project, Tech Vorya and the client may agree on the services, requirements, deliverables, estimated timeline, pricing, and other project details.
Any work outside the agreed project scope may require an additional charge.
If the client requests additional features, pages, functionality, revisions, services, or other work that was not included in the original agreement, Tech Vorya may provide a separate quotation or charge an additional fee.
For website design and web development projects, advance payment is required before work begins.
Tech Vorya will begin the project after receiving the agreed advance payment.
The advance payment confirms the client’s decision to start the project and allows Tech Vorya to allocate time and resources to the project.
If the client decides to stop, cancel, or discontinue a website design or development project after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.
This applies because time, resources, planning, development, design work, and other project-related activities may already have been allocated or completed.
Any remaining payment, if applicable, will depend on the work completed and the terms agreed upon for the particular project.
SEO services are generally provided on a monthly basis.
For the first month of an SEO project, the full payment for the starting month is required in advance before the SEO work begins.
If the client wishes to continue SEO services for another month, payment for the upcoming month is required in advance.
If an SEO project starts on January 1, payment for January is made before the project starts.
If the client wants to continue the SEO service into February, the February payment is required for the next month.
A client may choose to stop their SEO service.
If the client decides not to continue with the upcoming month, they simply do not need to make the payment for that upcoming month.
However, payments already made for a month in which SEO services have commenced are not refundable.
Once payment for a particular SEO month has been made and work for that month has started, the payment covers the agreed SEO services for that period and cannot normally be refunded because the client later decides to stop the project.
SEO involves many factors outside the direct control of Tech Vorya, including search engine algorithms, competition, industry changes, website changes, search trends, and other external factors.
Therefore, Tech Vorya does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, position, traffic level, number of leads, sales, or revenue.
We will make reasonable professional efforts to improve the website’s SEO and online visibility based on the agreed scope of work.
Previous results, case studies, examples, or client experiences should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.
SEO is generally a long-term process. The time required to see meaningful changes can vary depending on factors such as:
Tech Vorya does not guarantee that specific SEO results will be achieved within a particular number of days or months.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and necessary information required to complete the project.
Depending on the service, the client may need to provide:
The client should ensure that all information, images, text, documents, trademarks, and other materials supplied to Tech Vorya are legally permitted to be used.
Delays in providing required information or access may affect the project timeline.
The client is responsible for providing or approving content used for their website unless content creation has specifically been included in the agreed service.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, videos, documents, trademarks, or other materials supplied to Tech Vorya do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Tech Vorya is not responsible for legal claims resulting from materials supplied by the client.
Website projects may use third-party services, plugins, themes, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, software, or other external services.
Tech Vorya does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, performance, security, pricing, or future compatibility.
If a third-party service requires a separate subscription or payment, that cost may be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
Website development does not automatically include unlimited future maintenance unless maintenance has been specifically included in the agreed service.
Updates, modifications, additional pages, new features, bug fixes caused by third-party updates, or other work outside the original project scope may be charged separately.
The number of revisions included in a website design or development project will depend on the agreed project scope.
Requests that significantly change the original design, functionality, structure, or project requirements may be treated as additional work and may involve additional charges.
Tech Vorya will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed or estimated timeframe.
However, project timelines may be affected by:
Tech Vorya will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Ownership of the final website, designs, content, code, graphics, or other project materials will depend on the agreement between Tech Vorya and the client.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, libraries, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Unless otherwise agreed, Tech Vorya may retain the right to display completed work as part of its portfolio or promotional materials.
If a client does not want their project displayed publicly, they should inform Tech Vorya in writing.
Tech Vorya will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information and project information provided by clients private.
Confidential information will not intentionally be disclosed to third parties except where:
Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
If an invoice or agreed payment remains unpaid, Tech Vorya may temporarily suspend work or services until the outstanding amount is received.
For ongoing services such as SEO, services may be paused if the next service period has not been paid for in advance.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing:
Any exceptional refund request will be considered based on the circumstances and the specific agreement between Tech Vorya and the client.
Either Tech Vorya or the client may choose to discontinue an ongoing service, subject to any specific agreement between the parties.
For monthly SEO services, the client may stop the service by choosing not to continue with the upcoming month.
Tech Vorya may also suspend or terminate services where there is:
Tech Vorya will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services, but we do not guarantee that websites or digital marketing services will be completely free from errors, interruptions, technical problems, or third-party issues.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Vorya will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of business, revenue, profits, traffic, rankings, or opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Clients must not knowingly request or use Tech Vorya’s services for unlawful activities.
Tech Vorya reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where the requested work may involve illegal activity, fraud, abuse, malicious activity, infringement of third-party rights, or other unlawful conduct.
Tech Vorya may update, modify, or discontinue certain services from time to time.
Where a change materially affects an ongoing service, Tech Vorya may communicate the change to the affected client where appropriate.
Tech Vorya may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute arising from the services provided by Tech Vorya will be subject to the applicable legal jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable law.
